Infinity’s Song is led by three siblings Abraham, Victory, and Angel Boyd. They were often joined by other family members for certain performances, adding rich complex harmonies and other beautiful vocal dynamics. The group was originally created by their father: John Boyd who founded the Boys and Girls Choirs of Detroit. The children grew up being a part of the choir, while also learning how to arrange songs and lead vocal sections. The siblings then later created and played in the group: Peace Industry Music Group. Infinity’s song was created in 2014 as a division of Peace Industry Music Group. Having been dubbed as a “modern von Trapp family” by their fans, the Boyd family continues creating sensational live music. The musically gifted family created the group in response to the rising demand for more acoustic music from a younger generation. The aim was to provide young adults with uplifting music created by real musicians with real live performances. The family has been engaged in multiple different groups over the years, all centered around their family’s musical talents. The group has also been featured in a documentary called “Walk Away Renée”, by French filmmaker Jonathan Caouette. In the feature they are dubbed “Boyds of Praise” (one of their other pseudo-names). Infinity’s Song members are singers, songwriters, arrangers, instrumentalists, and music producers. During lockdown Infinity Song focused on more deeply harmonizing not only their voices but their relationships with each other. They pivoted to create without touring, shifting to singing, posting covers of different songs and making music videos. Although they are now back to touring, they have a grassroots fanbase here in NYC, and frequently perform throughout NYC. Singing on stages both small and great, the group has toured the U.S., been featured on National Television (NBC’s The Today Show and ABC’s The View), and frequently collaborates with other musical acts, most recently Kanye West, Jon Batiste, Tori Kelly and more. In the summer of 2015, the group released their first EP and in the fall of 2016 were officially signed to Roc Nation Records by Jay Z. The group released their debut album in 2020:
