Elizabeth Cordelia Clothing and the Grenchus Foundation have sent their first batch of masks to Light Uriri School in Kenya, Africa.

Light Uriri School provides a safe living and learning environment as well as education to: orphans, vulnerable children, former street children and girls at highest risk, youth and women in rural Kenya. Their mission is to provide food, clothing, shelter, medical assistance, education and a safe environment for orphans, and former street children, especially at risk girls. They promote awareness creation on harmful cultural practices such as early marriages, female genital mutilation, child labour, and gender-based violence which hinder women’s and girl’s participation in socio-economic activities and decision making. They empower women and girls in socio-economic activities that ensure financial and decision making independence for livelihood improvement as well as offer a platform where women and girls can speak on issues affecting them.
