The Benefits of Creating a List of What Brings You Joy...

Over the last few weeks, I have been focusing on on what brings me joy. Given all the things happening in the world that is not joyful… this practice has been wonderful to stay grounded in what truly makes me happy and to move in the direction of my dreams. Creating a list that brings you Joy cultivates more joy and aligns you with your true purpose. Here are the key benefits to creating a list of what and who brings you JOY:

1. Increased Self-Awareness

  • Writing down what brings you joy helps you connect with your inner self and understand what truly makes you happy. This self-awareness can guide your choices and priorities in life.

2. Positive Mindset

  • Reflecting on joyful experiences or activities naturally shifts your focus toward the positive. It’s a great way to counter negative thoughts or feelings, bringing more gratitude and happiness into your daily life.

Make a list of at least 25 things / people that bring you JOY. Be honest and truthful with yourself about what brings you Joy. Begin to align your life with what is ethical that truly brings you joy.
