Julie Fuchs performs Mozart’s LAUDATE DOMINUM at the Reopening of Notre-Dame de Paris with the Orchestre Philharmonique de Radio France, and the Maitrise de Notre-Dame, conducted by Gustavo Dudamel.
Julie Fuchs is a celebrated French soprano known for her dynamic performances in opera and concert. Born in Meaux and raised in Avignon, she initially trained in violin and acting before focusing on singing. She studied at the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique in Paris, graduating with top honors in 2010. Her repertoire spans from Baroque to contemporary music, with a particular emphasis on Mozart and Bel Canto heroines.
Fuchs has performed at prestigious venues worldwide, including the Paris Opera, Zurich Opera, and Teatro Real in Madrid. Recent roles include Marie in La Fille du Régiment, Cleopatra in Giulio Cesare, and Mélisande in Pelléas et Mélisande. She is also an exclusive Sony Classics artist, with notable albums such as Amadè showcasing her versatility.
