About Us
The Grenchus Foundation is a dynamic and transformative organization dedicated to the intersection of arts, faith, and culture. We seek to inspire creativity, foster understanding, and celebrate the rich diversity of human expression through the lens of arts, faith, and culture. Our foundation’s mission is to promote arts, faith and culture through artistic expression, support artistic initiatives that engage communities in meaningful reflection on faith and culture, promote culture diversity and respect for other cultures and traditions.

As we continue to expand our impact, we are seeking passionate, dedicated, and visionary individuals to join our Board of Directors.


Board Member Role
Board members play a key leadership role in shaping the future of the foundation. This is an exciting opportunity to bring your expertise, commitment, and unique perspective to help guide and support The Grenchus Foundation's strategic direction. The board is responsible for overseeing the foundation’s governance, financial stewardship, fundraising efforts, and ensuring alignment with our mission and values.


We are looking for individuals with expertise in the following areas:

  • Arts and Culture: Seeking professionals with a deep appreciation and expertise in the arts, spanning visual arts, performance, and digital media. Ideal candidates have experience in the creative field and a passion for supporting fellow artists in their mission and purpose. Their insight and dedication help foster a thriving artistic community, where creativity is nurtured, voices are amplified, and the transformative power of the arts is celebrated. Must be supportive of in person events and online events.

  • Faith and Spirituality: Seeking individuals with a strong background in faith communities, theology, or spirituality who recognize the profound connection between faith, arts, and culture. Ideal candidates are passionate about fostering meaningful dialogue, inspiring creative expression, and supporting initiatives that reflect the spiritual and cultural richness of our community. Their insight and leadership will help bridge traditions, nurture artistic purpose, and cultivate spaces where faith and creativity thrive together. Individuals will lend their experience and expertise in promoting global faith events including world youth day and world meeting of families.

  • Finance and Governance: Seeking individuals with expertise in nonprofit financial management, legal compliance, or governance to help ensure transparency, sustainability, and ethical stewardship. Ideal candidates bring a keen understanding of financial best practices, regulatory requirements, and strategic planning to support our mission. Their guidance will be instrumental in strengthening our foundation, fostering responsible growth, and upholding the integrity of our organization. Knowledge of small business ownership, especially in the arts is also beneficial.

  • Community Outreach: Seeking individuals passionate about building connections and expanding our reach within the community. Ideal candidates have experience in outreach, advocacy, or engagement initiatives that foster meaningful relationships and inclusivity. Their efforts will help bridge diverse groups, amplify our mission, and create opportunities for deeper involvement in the arts, faith, and cultural spaces we serve.

  • Funding, Fundraising & Grant Writing:  Seeking individuals with experience in securing financial support through fundraising, donor relations, and grant writing. Ideal candidates have strong networking, communication, and research skills to identify funding opportunities, craft compelling proposals, and build lasting relationships with supporters. Their expertise will be essential in sustaining and expanding our mission, ensuring artists and programs receive the resources they need to thrive. Seeking individuals with fundraising experience or a strong network to help drive our growth and sustainability. Ideal candidates are passionate about building relationships, securing resources, and creating opportunities that empower our mission. Their expertise and connections will play a vital role in expanding our reach, supporting artists, and ensuring a lasting impact in the arts and cultural community. Seeking individuals with experience in grant writing and fundraising to help secure vital funding for our mission. Ideal candidates have strong research, writing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft compelling proposals that align with donor priorities. Their expertise will play a crucial role in expanding our resources, supporting artists and programs, and ensuring the long-term sustainability of our work. Individuals who have fundraising experience on an international level, with large events etc, is also beneficial.

  • Positive Outlook and Mindset: A board member must embody a positive outlook and mindset, recognizing the transformative power of the arts, faith, and culture. Their role is to champion creativity, foster meaningful dialogue, and inspire a shared vision that uplifts communities. With an open heart and a forward-thinking approach, they should embrace the arts as a vehicle for expression, faith as a source of deeper connection, and culture as a bridge that unites and enriches lives. Their enthusiasm and commitment help cultivate an environment where inspiration flourishes, traditions are honored, and new possibilities emerge. Must be passionate about arts and culture.
