A Love that Never Gives Up

Paul and Mary .jpg

During a recent visit to the cemetary, I had a profound revelation about my grandparents. They had a love that never gave up on each other. They faced the adventure of life together, the trials of life together, the joys of life together, the ups and downs, the highs and lows, the joys and sorrows. When a way to give to each other was not obvious, they found a way. They looked to each other for that wisdom, but, also for that deep down love and acceptance of each other. That deep down love… is something only time can bring. The knowing of the other person, and being fully known as one can be by another, where the souls are intertwined and unable to be separated…when their “yes” always leads to each other, and never ends.
