2. Kindness & Honesty

Kindness and Honesty unite at a soul level

Peck claims:

  • Without kindness, honesty stings our heart and causes us to retreat from love, while without honesty, kindness feels empty and untrustworthy and leads away from intimacy.

  • Unkindness and a lack of honesty are abuse.

  • Kindness and honesty are a direct expression of Divine Love/Perfect Love. In a loving relationship / a relationship that is grounded in True Love - kindness stems from the great love that one has for other. To be unkind to the one you love violates the deepest understanding of who we are as expressions of love. When we are unkind in the case of true love, it is unintentional and one is willing to change their behavior … in these moments kindness and honesty have a healing power.

  • When you act with kindness and honesty you are more deeply loving the other, and offering compassion to the other. This also increases connection and intimacy, even if the truth is difficult. The easiest way to increase your openness to this is by asking the other what is really occurring or happening for them. When we are honest with each other it causes each person to step out of their comfort zone and to become more vulnerable to the other. When in a loving relationship based on true love, when we create an environment of kindness toward and around the other, we allow the other to feel welcomed, and free to express themselves, being honest and kind with themselves and with others as well. We show the other that they are loved, cherished, respected, and honored. This can open the heart, person, and personalities to deeper budding , blooming, and deeper authenticity.

  • Kindness and Honesty nourish love. The light of kindness and honesty cannot be stopped, the light of kindness and honesty are eternal.

  • Kindness and Honesty, stored in the Consciousness, are a flow of Divine Love/Perfect Love/ God/The Divine/Christ. The more you affirm that you are worthy of kindness and honesty, the more it will flow into your life and from your life. The more you are loving, kind, and honest, the more love, kindness, and honesty will flow through your life (even if you cannot directly see it).
